I call to speak with an agent and I get a voice-mail and phone tree. I cannot call and speak with an agent.

The reason there is one star is because I had to give at least a 1 star rating. I am currently an Allstate member. I have an auto policy with two vehicles and a home owners policy. I have been an Allstate member for 28 years. Prior to Jeremy Chavez, Eric Tryby was my agent. Eric and his team were excellent! Ever since Jeremy took over the business it has been nothing but disappointment. No one ever picks up the phone and the call backs are not in timely manner.Jeremy makes excuses that he is very busy. One has to wonder if I can count on Jeremy and his team to look out for my best interest when they are needed. If they dont answer the phone how can I count on them? I began searching for a new agent. I called Mike Ponces office and a representative picked up on the first ring and provided me all the information I needed. I called Allstate and requested to become a customer of Mike Ponce. If youre a customer of Jeremy, consider moving before you are disappointed!
