        I just sat on hold 45 minutes with a stated 25 minute hold time for the bank to close and no one answered the phone!!! DO BETTER!!!!

        Truly the best branch out of all of them here in Vacaville. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. I always receive excellent customer care at this location.

        I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1:45 appt. Checked in on the kiosk  and it said 0 ahead of you 10 min wait. At 2:10 i asked how much longer it would be and a woman told me that I ARRIVED LATE so my appt was given to someone else. I showed her my email appt and but she again told me I WAS LATE. She was very rude and unprofessional and i will never go back
