        Extremely dissatisfied with the service rendered, no more than 10 minutes with the tax representative and most of that time was spent finding out about my bank account information for payment and then charged me almost 33% of my return. I never recommend or use this firm again.

She is awesome very professional she cares about all her clients and she always updates her clients before tax season starts so we are always in the loop of to what expect and we are not in the dark! There is NO FINE print with Ericka very knowledgeable. Ive sent over 30 clients that LOVE her... 10 out of 10 100% recommend Ericka!!!
