We've been with Leilani almost 40 years now. Above and beyond. Have always taken great care of us in very hectic times- tax season and year around. Anytime we need her, always gracious with expert advice. Love you, Leilani!

Brumble and associates is a company that hurts you more than helps you. Completely unresponsive and will not respond to a call or e-mail to even those long time clients. There may be underlying reasons as to why but they are still in business and their clients deserve support regardless. This company should no longer be in business...and I would be surprised if there aren't pending lawsuits against them. Trust me I've given them the benefit of the doubt for over a year and they have left me hanging out in the cold.You need tax help, representation, support, advise, guidance go elsewhere.

*Update as of 8/30/23 We keep going to their office and no one ever answers. At this point we just need our personal belongings back so we can go elsewhere. I need someone to contact us immediately so we can pick up our personal paperwork. Legally you can not keep our personal belongings from us. I will be more than happy to seek litigation in this matter if not responded to in a timely manner. This is very unfortunate it has come to this. We need someone from Brumble to please pick up their phone, contact their customers. I need to know what is going on with my taxes. I have forms that need last years tax information. We keep calling and no one answers. Someone needs to communicate with your long time clients who have been nothing but faithful to you.

It saddens me to write this review. We've gone to Leilani for many years and never had issues until last year. Leilani has always been knowledgeable and trustworthy in the past. After experiencing many health and personal setbacks last year, Leilani took over a year to complete our taxes (and they were done wrong). While we were frustrated and upset, we tried to be compassionate and understanding and decided to give her another chance for our 2022 taxes. She gave us her "word" and promised they'd be completed promptly, within the week, and then amend our 2021 taxes. She and her staff have evaded us ever since. We have heard excuse after excuse, but most times they do not answer the phone or open the door. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this business for any service. :/
