Residence Inn by Marriott Walnut Creek

This hotel does not care about its guests and Bonvoy reward members and frequent guests. Booked a reservation the night before staying there. Had ann emergency and had to be hospitalized. I called them and they said they were going to charge me because I didnt show up for my room and give them 24 hours notice. But it was impossible to give 24 hours notice because I only booked it 20 hours before we arrived there. When I called to inform them, that I was In the hospital they said since I didnt give the 24 hours notice there was nothing they could do. They did not care that I was hospitalized. I will call my credit card and dispute the charge. It seems they only care about money & not their loyal frequent guests. Plus the man I talked to on the phone was extremely rude at the hotel to top it off! Do not stay here, please stay elsewhere and do yourself a favor.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed with. Please save your money and don't stay here. They quoted me one price and charged me something different. They told me all these wonderful things and none of them actually happened. The breakfast was cold and tasted badly. Don't stay here if you do don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Since I haven't used it yet, I'm only evaluating the service and location. I made a reservation for 2 nights using a Korean brokerage service, but I mistakenly made a reservation for March instead of February. In a hurry, I called the front desk directly, and an employee named Barsoom changed my reservation despite my poor English. I had a truly grateful experience.
