I had bought ceramic tile for our front porch and I didn't place the tile for almost a year and just was going to place that tile and made a water test bare foot and found it was still slippery and thought I liked it very much the only reason I was going to change it because no one in the store had advised me of that problem only when a installer had told me. The store told me that after 90 days no returns were granted... They kept saying that the SKU number was different and they couldn't accepted the return. I was going to buy many other things in the years to come but because of this I can now say goodbye "Floor & Decor" I hope you can survive with your 90 days policy. I sure I find a better store. I wanted new flooring for my room but wasnt sure where to go. So I googled flooring and came across Floor and Decor when I walked in I was greeted by Ashely and then helped by Jessica. Two of the nicest sales associates I have met in a while . They walked me step by step on what I needed and even helped me open a credit card for my purchase. I wanted to recognize them for their exceptional customer service.

The selection of flooring here is expansive and quality is great. The staff were not great, however. My experience with several of them was rude and lacking professionalism, but I can't seem to remove a star for this because staff will leave, but the selection will still be great.
