Franks Landscape Design

Frank listened to our ideas and created a vision based on our input and his extensive experience. The topper was that I had an old pond ready to be retired and a new one I was not sure about. But he removed the old pond and installed the newer pond with waterfall feature. Which created such a nice focal point for the surrounding plants and hardscape. We are truly thrilled with our new space and feel we received great quality for the price.

Please do not ever use or trust this company. If I could give zero stars I would. The communication throughout the entire process of our "project" was unbearable to deal with. Constant no shows. Constant being told one thing and hearing something completely different a few days later. They never showed up on time or prepared. They pulled their truck onto our front yard to bring a bobcat into our backyard and completely ruined the entire front yard. We had no knowledge to this. We came home from work to see the disaster in the front yard. We never gave permission or authority for them to use our front yard they way they used it. I would have asked for the plywood but Frank took it upon himself to make his own decision because he told us the plywood was too expensive to buy. He told us he would replace the grass. We told them the entire yard would have to be redone and every time we would ask why weren't we informed this would happen or how are you going to fix this. They would completely ignore us. So they took it upon themselves to put black soil all over our front yard. They said "oh it will grow back". When I never accepted this as a final product. I told them I am not happy with the outcome and they've comepletely left is in the dark. The backyard is left unfinished, they took their money and left. They're supposed to be a "landscaping company" when we asked for recommendations on the plants and had an hour zoom call with them showing them examples of what we liked. They went to the plant nursery and sent us everything we didn't like. So they told us that we can take the plants out of our invoice and buy our own plants. After them only trying one time. I am beyond upset and devastated. We're not only stuck with an unfinished backyard but a completely ruined front yard too. We were doing all of this for our wedding in 5 months that is going to be at our home and now I'm completely embarrassed to what our home looks like. So please make sure you do your research with landscapers besides going with the first company you reach out with. I NEVER write yelp reviews but this was completely upsetting and devistating to deal with.

Once again,very happy with Frank, Soinia and the work that was done. We put in a pool recently and needed the whole back yard landscaped and the irrigation system reconnected.  Frank did not disappoint.  We worked together to pick plants, placing and rocks for base.  he even delivered sand for our little beach area and helped to get our sod growing again.  As always, they were prompt, professional, responsive and creative.  Always a pleasure.

Frank trimmed my trees last week and did a fantastic job. He thoroughly cleaned the area and hauled off all of the trimmings. All at a very reasonable price.  I highly recommend this company.

Frank's Landscape did a great job of turning our dirt & weeds into beautiful green grass! They were a pleasure to work with & they were the best deal out of all the quotes we received. We would like to hire them again for our hardscaping project.
