They charge to start a job and. The receptionist never answers questions just to get paid, she doesn't know anything and doesn't understand what kind of communication there is between the preparer and his representative. They never answer the phone, why do they provide a phone or why do they want clients if they don't give them the required service? Whoever decides to work with this company I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Please stay away from this place. He was supposed to marry us 6/26/2021 at 3:00 pm and he never showed up. My now husband and I were so embarrassed by our guest I dont wish that feeling on anybody. We ended up finding someone to marry us last minute and it was so expensive. We are now trying to reach him to resolve this situation. The only one that answered was his secretary and she said shell call me back which she never did. I tried calling the next day and no answer, but they expected payment in full when we booked him for our wedding. I dont think this man deserves any business from anybody, and wont rest until this matter is resolved. Heres a picture of us getting married

Had an appointment at 4 PM and the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Called both numbers that are posted up on the window multiple times and no one ever answered. An hour later I emailed him stating that he is very unprofessional and should have the decency of letting people know if they need to reschedule. There was a sign saying they would be back from lunch at 4, that was a lie. Dont waste your time going here.
