        When our house insurance tripled in 1 year, Nash and others in that office did not have the common courtesy of returning my calls or email. Very sad customer service indeed.

        He couldn't help me. The last owners dropped my 90 year old moms insurance just months before her house burned down. After buying their insurance for many years she has no way to rebuild and she just wants to be home

        In the past I have used some of these insurance companies you've never even heard of but finally I made a step to Allstate and insurance company everybody knows and I am very glad I did I get better service I get to actually go to the office and see people in person and they're very nice people I recommend them highly
