        Wanted to charge me over $795 to file my return . Tax preparer was not able to do anything she had to keep calling for help . Took more than 2 hrs waste of time . Had to be rescheduled 3 times since they kept over booking me horrible place went to hr block and was in and out fast with a few of $120

        I got completely ripped off when they did my taxes...they charged me nearly $600 to file my taxes...never going here again!!!

        Id like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that having your taxes prepared by this company is a very worthless and a very bad experience my family has had with a tax professional. Im sure not everyone experiences this but its my opinion. My son is still waiting for his refund from 2022. He is basically being blamed that he didnt file the form requested by the IRS as instructed. He doesnt know what the form is or what it is regarding. Jackson Hewitt knew the next day the IRS had a problem but didnt bother to notify my son. Plus Jackson Hewitt wants to know he waited until the last minute to file his taxes. I thought it doesnt matter when you do it as long as its done by 4/15. For the amount of money he paid for his taxes this company is taking no responsibility in helping him figure this out. All of the things we found out about his filing is ridiculous and weve never been treated so badly by anyone else. My son is still trying to figure this out with very little concern from Jackson Hewitt.
