Ashley was super helpful and I enjoyed she didn't try to oversell me on offers yet gave me any info I may need on them also she was accommodating and finished the last of the process while I wasn't there, thanks again!

I went to buy an iPhone and was duped into buying an Apple watch for "free". Ashley told me it's free and never explained to me anything about adding a line, activation and monthly fees. She only told me there's a $35 activation fee for my phone. She also didn't tell me that there was a rebate until almost at the end when I was asked to fill up a form with my address and told that I would be receiving rebate which I would then bring in and pay off. When she copied the receipt and gave it to me, almost all the dollar figures were cut off and it wasn't clear; so, when I got home I went to my t-mobile account and saw all the changes made to my account without really explaining to me or consent. To add insult to injury, when I went back the day after to return the watch, she looked at me and said nothing - no usual customary greetings. She was the only employee at that time. So, I went and took my seat in the waiting area. Soon after another customer came in and she said, "Hello, welcome to T-Mobile. I'll be with you shortly." Some time later, in stead of calling me first, she called the other customer even though the other customer had said earlier that she was not in a hurry. At the end, I had to pay $20 for restocking which she told me was $70 and then $50. When I insisted to see it in print, she went and asked someone behind the locked doors and said it's $20. I have been with t-mobile for 16 years and was really disappointed by this disingenuous employee who betrayed my trust and long relationship with the company. I want an employee who helps customer to make informed decisions when they come in for service and not be tricked into buying something.

There are third-graders that know more than these guys do. Didn't keep an activation promise. the second phone ordered was the wrong model, and one salesman had everyone of his fingernails painted different colors.
