Would leave a 0 star review if I could. The leasing staff and company are terrible. Their response times are incredibly slow l, lacking knowledge or sincerity, and general communication has been awful since prior to moving in. Its like pulling teeth. Maintenance are good if they come but Ive been waiting for them to fix a fan and a light since last summer. The property is nice-ish but not worth the pain of dealing with them. Overall do not move here.

I had a lovely time at the Soleil. The attached garage and extra storage space was super convenient. Plus, the hot tub and courtyard are perfect spots for chilling out or hanging with neighbors. My dog absolutely loved the on-site dog park, a regular space for him to play and socialize. The office always went out of their way to accommodate me and maintenance was quick, the few times I needed help. One of the best apartments!

The management office has been really good with communication on continuous improvements of the neighborhood. The maintenance team has also been very responsive, weve had a few small repairs needed in our unit and all were addressed and fixed within a day. The repairs were mostly done by Ben who has always been quick, knowledgeable, and friendly Lots of families in the neighborhood and many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance and many units have good mountain views.
