I ordered a lot of replacement parts for my old Broil King gas grill due to age and wear and tear. They filled the order perfectly, the parts are great and fit exactly as the old ones, and it only took about four days to get the delivery which is faster than Amazon out in my rural area. Fast service.... I was a bit wary of the part I ordered as it was the reservoir for a very old Kenmore Humidifier, but it was a perfect fit. Great service.

Do not trust the website for specific model numbers. I ordered a grill piece, specific to my model number and it didn't fit. $40 in shipping fees to get and return it. And the first time I called them about the issue, the CS rep actually hung up on me! Never again.

Appliance Factory Parts had the BBQ grill grate. I couldn't find it anywhere except their website. They also had prompt delivery with delivery updates.
