I was not told upfront about having to buy a mattress protector so that the mattress would be covered under warranty. I told them I had 2 already. So I didn't understand why I had to buy another. So one was added to the total and when I asked what this charge was that's when I was told about the warranty. Just seemed shady. I don't like that at all.
