I evaluate a business not just about how they act or treat you when everything is going right, but also about how they handle it when either of us makes a mistake. If they make a mistake, they own it, and fixed it quickly and with no attitude. Same on my end if I make a mistake, they say how can we help. Thank you Jones Heartz. That is how you have been in business for so long and grown so much. It's about relationship management. :)

If you an otr truck driver making a delivery they will stop unloading you to load and unload every small truck that comes in after you. So a load that normally take 20 mins to unload can take almost 3 hours like mine did.

OTR Truck drivers if you want to spend your day waiting then come unload here. They will start to unload you then disappear for 15-30 mins come back and maybe continue to unload you before they get side tracked unloading or loading other vehicles or get themselves lost doing something else to look busy. Been here almost 3 hours and not halfway done unloading. Made me late for my next pickup. Plus was scheduled as a drop but turned into a live unload because the dock that you can drop trailers in they haven't even unloaded the dropped ones yet. Never will I take a load here again. It's not even busy so don't bother with a sob story you got your own fleet of trucks and will call customers because there has only been one customer since I been sitting in the dock, and seen 4 or 5 fork lift guys but all keep disappearing. Milking there clock and wasting mine. No respect for truck drivers and our commitment to service to them and our next customers.
