We ordered 2 cabinets and received the wrong size. This is after correcting 1 order and sending a written email and phone call for the correct size. Cabinets to go refuses to ship the correct size to our home. The customer service line took over 2 hours of phone calls and a full week for the refusal of shipping to be told to us. Lastly, we tried to order the correct size, so that when we returned the incorrect cabinets, we could pick up the correct cabinets, but the sales clerk never called me back or sent me an email confirming the new order. As an update. By posting this review I was put into contact with Molly. After a week or 2 of talking via emails, Molly was able to ship the new cabinets to our house and I was refunded for the wrong cabinets. I am glad that Cabinets To Go eventually agreed to shipping to our home with the correct cabinets, but I am disappointed it took writing this 1 star review to get the customer service I originally expected.
