        This is the phone that they said wouldn't take a charge, here it is in fact, taking a charge, I even have the photo with the back 'S' symbol lit up with the 2 red status LEDs . How could the people at this store be so incompetent they can't even charge a phone? I gave them about 10 days to do their job, and we even confirmed the phone would take a charge before I left it with them . .

      I'm sorry about your confusion we were not telling you that the phone wouldn't charge that is not the issue. The issue is the Mi account for that phone has the phone locked. I attempted to use the method that we typically use for the Mi account removal but it did not work with your phone That's why you did not get charged anything for the repair. Your phone charges just fine. I did explain to you that there was no guarantee I could get past the account lock.
