I wish I could leave more than five stars. We had a tricky situation selling my moms home recently and Ron was recommended by our realtor. I cant say how happy we were to find him! He made our situation completely stress free and easy but more importantly, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful during the process. Ron is a rare gem these days in the business world and youd be lucky to work with him. He cares about his customers and it shows. Im not one to write reviews but felt compelled to spread the word about what a wonderful small family owned business this is. I can guarantee you will be treated well and surprised at the level of customer service you will receive. Ten stars!

Decent carpet and pricing. Recommended installer did a lousy job installing the carpet on the stairs and when we called him to warranty the work he never showed. I would recommend finding your own installer. They will do nothing when installer they recommend does subpar work

We had to replace some padding after some flooding in our basement and Jason got us set-up with replacement padding very quickly. Unfortunately the installer they recommended, Hector, was very rude to us and walked off the job. But once we explained the problem to Jason he apologized and made things right. I am not sure why they don't hire their own installers instead of recommending independent installers, but I'm sure there is a reason for it. Does create more risk for their reputation though. Most of the bad reviews on here are because of the installers. Anyways, great family owned business, you just might want to find your own installer. And be aware carpet guys don't like it if you ask them to take their shoes off when they walk on your freshly cleaned carpet apparently. Seems like a small ask....
