Horrible service

The representative from Resolution Energy just left my residence. His direct quote is "I am not interested in providing a quote for the job, just to be undercut by a couple thousand dollars by a competitor. So I am going to pass". Then he left. Frankly, any company that is not willing to bid competitively, simply means "Take it or leave it. My way or the highway". I am on a fixed budget, so I made it perfectly clear that another heating specialist would be providing a quote. I provided this information both on the phone and when the representative arrived. I am glad I found this out before I actually agreed to any contract. If you are thinking of using this company for heating needs, I highly recommend you consider some other company.

Experts in this field, RE provides great products and services. They completely replaced and upgraded our outdated solar hot water system. And provide annual inspection, service, and maintenance when needed. Highly recommended.
