I honestly can't believe this hotel is considered 4-stars. The rooms are small, the floor themes are almost non existent. The elevators are not good. Sometimes it took 15 minutes to get off the 16th floor. Wouldn't stay here again. The showers leak water everywhere.

"I recently stayed at Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made check-in seamless and efficient. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the hotel staff was pleasant and professional, whether it was the housekeeping team ensuring my room was impeccably clean or the concierge offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, my experience at [Hotel Name] was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Friendly Staff, Comfortable Beds, Mid-Century Modern Vibe We chose the Curtis because it was convenient to an event we were attending, and transportation from the Denver airport was quite easy. We took the RTD train from the airport to Union Station (for $9 USD per person) and then picked up the free MallRide bus that got us within a half block of the hotel. We arrived at about 12:30pm, but were told that there was an early check-in fee of $25 to gain access to the room prior to 1:00pm, so we went for lunch while waiting for our room to be ready. The overall design is a combination of 1960s vintage and modern touches. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds, free wi-fi, and convenient electrical plugs at the desk and both bedside tables. The bathroom was small, but functional, except for the use of a shower curtain that did not quite reach the shower stall lip. Consequently, water sprayed the bathroom floor near the shower, soaking the bathmat. But, other than the odd design of the shower, the hotel room was quite pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Id stay in this hotel again were I in downtown Denver.
