They charged me $3,000 and provided a service on an environmental chamber that they have no experience or skills in fixing it. They couldnt fix it at the end. They should have said we dont deal with these type of equipment.

Islom communicated with me very well, and kept me updated. He did a great job on the repairs and I would use him again if needed.

I wish I could give a review of their service but they cancelled on me then didn't answer when I tried to confirm a new appointment the next day. But judging by the one star reviews I guess I dodged a bullet. Reviews from 4 years ago about no-shows still stand.

Couldn't be more let down after spending 10s of thousands through this company. They just don't value your home. Edit: Bit of a backhanded response, there was no plan to patch the drywall until the google review. Thanks for patching it. Also used your services before for HVAC and plumbing and in both cases didn't leave a review because parts of the house were broken after the visit (closet + toilet) Ultimately regret the water heater decision for being so pricey and having worse water pressure than before. Also now sounds like someone's taking a shower 24/7 with all the water flow. Home Depot is half price and would recommend them after the experience. Final Update : The Squeaks team did deliver to come back and fix the remaining issues. Have had too many bad experiences with companies when everything is paid and signed, but Squeaks came back twice without excepting anything else to help fix everything right. The drywall is back, the water pressure has been increased, and the water flow problem was sourced. Special thanks to Stephen, Philip, and Mario (and his team) for the extra steps to make everything right.
