1st off, what an amazing shop. A cook's/chef's dream. I recently purchased an amazing knife and I snapped the tip right off on my 1st use. As expected I was angry with my self but I reached out to Carbon Knife CO and low and behold they were able to fix the tip and get it back to me in record time. By the way I live in Charleston Sc. Service was 1st class and they took care of everything. Can't thank the staff at Carbon Knife Co enough..Thanks and yall will see me again. Cheers

Tina is an absolute godsend. She provided me with so much information about what makes one knife different from another one and how each knife is made. She said something along these lines,"little imperfections can make something perfect" and I couldn't agree more with that notion. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service experience that Tina was able to convey.

My favorite shop!!! I travel a lot for work and always stop in when Im back in my home town if I can, to buy what I need from these wonderful people! Great store, amazing service and high quality knives/ kitchen wear, with a depth of knowledge to match from people who were in the industry themselves. Everyone always answers my questions with thoughtful and informative answers. Not to mention their amazing cook book selection that I could flip through forever, many new wonderful titles every time I come in. Every time Ive bought something from this store they have set me up perfectly for the new tasks Im about to tackle! Ive never left a review for anything before but I had to for this store. 12/10.
