        Did not send invoice on time. Paid over $10000 and they keep charged trigger check over 12 times. And cancel the service right before the snow storm. Don't trust. They charge 0.25 ac lot for $800 to clean. They definitely overcharge. Asked drop off the check even snow storm day.

        The new owners are a couple sorry excuses for human beings. They have absolutely No integrity or honor in their new chosen profession. Dont recommend them for their services or employment. 3 company name changes in a year should tell you all that you need to know. Oh right, thats why the entire department was dissolved less than a month later? Please! You guys needed a scape goat to get rid of all the guys you were unable to keep working. Thats rich coming from a couple folks no one has ever seen show up at the office when they say they would. Nice try. Stay away folks.

        Extremely inconsiderate to surrounding residential areas as you clean your commercial properties (a church sitting in the middle of a neighborhood). Start blowing and mowing at 6:30 AM! Ill be sure to send video to as proof along with the noise complaint. Blowing leaves into residents' yards after we spend ALL weekend cleaning up, you come through cleaning your commercial properties (a church sitting in the middle of a neighborhood) and trash neighboring yards. Unprofessional. Rude. I don't get paid to blow leaves. However, you do.

      Hello Eva, you took months to pay us and when you did - you only made a partial payment. We even drove to you to collect the check. The trigger checks are in the contract you agreed to. There were 12 because we cared for 5 of your properties and it was over multiple storms. Our rates are fair, and our paying clients (not you) have no issues with them. Best of luck with your new provider, or really - best of luck to your new service provider.

      Dear Andrew, you were fired over a year ago due to your inability to show up for work on time (including your first day.) While this company has been around for decades, you only lasted for a few weeks. We have made multiple acquisitions and have changed our name to align with our more robust suite of services. Not sure why you decided to lash out after you've been unemployed with us for more than a year - but pound sand.

      That's not possible. Our crews don't get to work until 7am then they load up the trucks (typically stop for food) and then drive to properties and don't usually start work until closer to 8am. We also don't do residential work (because we don't want to deal with people like you). So it's unlikely we were anywhere near your home. If we were, you must live next door to a commercial property and therefore should be used to normal noise, during normal working hours.
