Mike the supervisor in lumber is the MAN! After being told no all over town, Mike was able to quickly cut the piece of wood that I needed. Another associate with a forearm tattoo was even actively trying to prevent me from getting help, he told me no before I even had a chance to explain what I needed. Then when I was finally able to find Mike, he tried to convince him not to help me as well. Thanks Mike for doing something simple, but it meant so much to me. Forearm tattoo guy needs to find a job outside of customer service.

Awful experience beginning to end. Never purchase from Home Depot, always check local places or Costco. Todays HomeDepot team could only communicate with me using translate apps. Said they could not install the appliances - which my neighbor and I did in less than 10 minutes. Before my neighbor and I found a time I called Home Depot and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Just pathetic customer service.
Seriously, call Costco
