Pretty quiet here, even though you're not supposed to have visitors, if you announce them to the manager then he usually doesn't have a problem with them as long as there's no problem Nearby activities: It's only one block each way from a dispensary and has good places to eat within a few minutes of walking plus there's a liquor store across the street

Don Cole, the property manager is a ghetto substances abuser. He loves to micro manager, invade tenant's privacy, and will scream at the top of his lungs; day or in the middle of the night for everyone to hear, threatening tenants with violence when his adolescent fragile ego is hurt. If he assaults you, call the police. They know all about him and will send him back to prison where he belongs. Also be on the lookout for a guy named "Yon Kim". He is convicted felony and enforcer for the Kim family crime syndicate Kkangpae (Korean: ) which owns most of flee bag motels in the Denver Metro area. He will attack you or illegally evict you against CRS laws of tenancy. Don't leave any valuables in your room or use a credit/debit card to pay him.

Stayed here numerous times. Bit shabby and run down (it's not the Ritz), but clean and NO BUGS! Manager can be surly at times (his dog is sweet as pie) but he doesn't put up with B.S. and runs a legit place (no late night visitors/drug dealing/etc.). This is not some Colfax motel. My go to when I need a place to stay for a few days or a few weeks.
