        The place was so cold and the little heater they gave you wouldn't stay on and it only warmed maybe 1/4 of the room. And so many roaches it was nasty.

      First of all , We don't have you on guest list.We have front ac/heater unit each room and put extra portable heaterfor extra heat to customer. Somtimes they don't know how to use the unit ( cleary marked heat and cold) so put it on cold instead of heat. We do disinfection regulary and throughly. Contact our office if you have any proof.
