I had a wonderful experience today at nails touch 32! I walked in and was immediately accommodated for a mani/pedi. Everyone was so friendly and talented. My foot massage was phenomenal and I am so excited to go back! I am so grateful to have found such a great business.

Horrible experience. I made an appt for both a manicure and pedicure. I arrived early and had to wait 30 minutes past my appt start time to be helped. The pedicure was rushed, sloppy, and old lumpy nail polish used. The leg/foot massage consisted of the person punching the bottom of my foot. I was then brought to the manicure chair assuming it would start right after as I had booked it. I waited another 30 minutes before having to leave without even receiving my manicure. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
