Pink & White Nails

I just love this place. They never make me feel bad for going too long between manicures, even though it makes them have to do so much more work and they always are so excited to get the design I want done perfectly. Nina killed this design!

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend. I made an appointment and it took them over an hour after I showed up to start on my nails. I watched them help 4 other people that showed up after me and they still proceeded to make me wait after I told them I was on a time crunch. Had they simply been busy and not been able to see me in a timely manner, I would have appreciated them just being straightforward, and not stringing me along for the worst pedicure Ive ever received. Its clear that they are mismanaged, because the poor woman that was doing my manicure told me that she had been there since 9 am with no breaks (my manicure started around 7 pm). I also blame the manager for her poor consideration of her customers time. I should not have to spend 3+ hours at the nail salon when I make an appointment. I will also add that the overall ambiance was charged and stressful. There were several people that were upset about wait times, which made others feel anxious and frustrated. Its not at all the relaxing spa experience that you would want.

I love getting my nails done here but please dont get your nails REMOVED here. Three times I have had the same experience and its ruined my nail beds. They use the drill to get everything and always leave pits and deep scars. My nail beds were so weak last time I had to avoid hot water, see picture below.
