Gel manicure didnt last, nails are chipping

The first time I went, I had a great experience with Emma. I got regular polish and it actually lasted quite some time. She was friendly and chatted with me. The second time I came in, Emma was off that day, so I had a pedi and gel manicure done by someone else. She was a bit rough, and two people came in as my gel manicure started. I feel like she started rushing through it, which in my experience at a prior place, if something like this is rushed, the gel doesnt last long, which is exactly what happened. Not even a few hours after I had gotten this gel manicure, two of my nails were chipped and partially peeled off. I had an event to go to that night so I couldnt go back in, so I called. No apology or anything. I had planned to go in the next day to get them fixed but decided to go elsewhere because I didnt feel as though the customer service was even remotely sympathetic. I spent over $100 to have two chipped nails by the time I had to go to my event that night. Wont be going back.

I was in town for a work trip & thought I would waste some time. They were super nice & did an amazing job! I recommend them!

I'm from out of town and booked their salon based on location initially, then on reviews! Sarah did an incredible job on my gel Mani/Pedi. Paid exceptional attention to detail and was just oh so sweet! I will definitely be back!
