        Dr. Le is great! She is so knowledgeable and always walks me through what shes doing and testing. Also, I had an after hours eye emergency and she was able to assist me immediately. I am very grateful.

        I got an eye exam in summer of 2023 and didn't enjoy the experience. I did not order anything from them and got a bill in December 2023 saying I ordered contacts from them. Since they already billed my insurance, I ended up buying them. This place seems unorganized and I do not plan to return.

        Absolutely love the staff at this location. Their customer service is always top tier. They always go above and beyond to take the time to help me and answer any and all questions I have (which is usually a lot.) I never leave reviews but had to shout out how nice these visits are.

        UPDATE: JiaJie at the front desk is amazing! He took initiative and ownership of the billing issue, even though it wasnt his direct responsibility to fix. His communication and regular updates were so appreciated and he saw this issue through to the end. That kind of customer service is rare these days and Im beyond impressed. With his leadership and follow-through on this, the billing issue is FINALLY resolved! Thanks JiaJie!! Adding back lord of stars!! Im beyond frustrated with this place. I had a routine eye exam and contacts fitting in June of 2022. Im still getting sent a bill for what shouldve been covered by my insurance. They billed it incorrectly and cant seem to get it fixed. Ive spoken to their billing person numerous times though 90% of the calls I put in go unreturned. Its impossible to speak with anyone that can/will rectify the situation. IM SO FRUSTRATED to still be dealing with this more than a year later. With the hours Ive put in trying to fix this, its worth more than the erroneous charge!

        Very friendly staff and doctor. I will absolutely be coming back! I also want to mention that one of the team members was bilingual with Spanish. Very helpful!
