        They dont communicate key information effectively and barely take the time to learn your name, often calling me by the wrong name when filing my taxes. Its disappointing because Ive used hr block most of my adult life. But the level of care and attention to detail make me question the accuracy of my filing in the first place. This is very likely the last year Ill be filing with hr block, and if I do it will certainly not be at this location. Extremely frustrating.

        Completely rude and disrespectful to throw down my papers in front of my face and tell me since I had tried starting myself on turbotax, that I could go ahead and do it myself. When I'm clearly there because I can't do it myself and was paying 400 dollars for you to help. Edit: I just took the time to file myself and saved 200 dollars compared to H&R Block, and am very happy with my return amount!
