        Susan Jones who had worked at this location was fantastic. She moved to another company that is treating her better, but H&R Block is scheduling appointments for her and then telling people she retired. Very unprofessional. Do not go to this location.

        H&R Block is just amazing at doing taxes. They're really professional, make sure everything's correct, and get things done quickly. They'll go through your taxes carefully, making sure you get all the money you should. Even when they're busy, they still work fast and get things done right. If you need help with taxes, H&R Block is the best place to go.

        The older woman with gray hair I had to deal with was so unprofessional and unpleasant right from the start. She forgot to submit my CO taxes - which I received a letter stating this from the state. I had to travel back to the offices, show her the letter - she smiled at it and then submitted it without any apology for her mistake. Then to add to her unprofessionalism she used my address to advertise her personal hobby. I had to let her go.
