Robert thanks for the feedback. The reality is that the amount of donated products (e.g. building supplies etc. ) has dropped in the last couple of years. Fortunately our access to liquidated and distresses inventory has increased allowing us to expand the selection of products we offer. We've seen a lot of interest in our expansion into clothing and the money we make from selling clothing and all of our other offerings, help to continue to fund affordable housing in Denver. Thursday's are the best day to shop for great clothing deals as it is 50% off.We’ve always offered high end furniture when it is donated to us, but strive to balance that with options that fit a range of budgets.Our inventory changes daily so we encourage you to keep checking back with us in Denver as well as our stores in Littleton, Aurora and Arvada.

Andy, thanks for taking the time to provide us with some feedback.You don't mention which products you were shopping for that you found expensive, but we always strive to provide a range of products at various price points to meet a variety of budgets. No doubt we sometimes have some expensive pieces in our store as we have some very generous donors who supply us with very high end products. Even those items we often sell at 50% of their value. If you are ever in the market for quality new clothing, we encourage you to drop in on Thursdays when all of our clothing is 50% off.

Teresa, Sorry to hear that you made the drive in such adverse conditions. We posted on all of our social media channels as soon as we made the decision to close so our staff could get home safely.
