Best Buy

Came in 3 weeks ago knowing exactly what I wanted to order. Had both the washer and dryer information for the employee. We walked around trying to find someone only to end up going to the front to ask for help. 3 hours later, we had everything ordered. 1 day later, the manufacturer cancels the dryer, saying the customer canceled. Why would I waste 3 hours to turn around and cancel the item we need? So call to customer service only to be told its now going to cost more money and the dryer will be delivered the same day as the washer but at different times in the day. So fast forward to delivery day, we now have the dryer but the washer is going to be delivered in 2 weeks. Absolutely the worst customer service! I wish we had another store here because I would return everything and go somewhere else. UPDATE 4/8/24- called customer service which was a terrible idea, 3 different people who I could not understand, transferred twice finally got someone you could understand on with her for 20 minutes only for her to hang up on me. We still don't have the washer and now are being told its going to be available for pickup on the 13th. Best buy has over charged us twice now and is refusing to answer my questions. Don't purchase anything from them if you can't take it home that day, they are doubling charging. This company is a joke and no one cares because it's a big corporation.
