My car was being a pain but the guys here took their time to fix all of the issues as well go above and beyond to get my car back in a timely manner. Definitely happy with their work and honesty.

I was worried to get ripped off (from past experiences) but Arturo explained everything he was very clear what they were going to do. The estimated amount was what i was charged not anymore than that.
Wonderful customer service, very professional. My car runs so smooth
I will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future.

Without any hesitation or reservation, I would highly recommend Arturo and his team there at Mountain View automotive. I took in my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee as a check engine light was on and I have a warning that stated there was an issue with my fuel sensor. Arturo explained that he would have to charge me the $135 diagnostic fee to see what the codes represented. He also warned me that they were extremely busy for the day and he would make every effort to try to work in my car. I received a call from Arturo at about 2 PM making me aware that my issue was still covered under my manufactures powertrain warranty, and that he did not want to unnecessarily charge me for work that I could have done for free. He even went so far as to how to hold a jeep authorized dealer to confirm that my error codes would be covered by my manufactures warranty. As long as my vehicle was 36, 000 miles. I have the work scheduled to done in 2 weeks.
