It needs to be specifically ordered for you because I don't have it in stock. They manipulate you that way. Because you are unable to return or exchange anything that is special ordered. That's not how business is conducted. Taking care of the people you serve is more important than robbing them. Never once more! To exacerbate the situation, individuals become aware of the policy only after receiving the receipt. Helping people, not making money, is the main focus of most businesses these days. Your policy is to maximize profits at the expense of the people you are trying to help. it is detrimental to businesses.

Grotesque any honestly horrible service, I tried retrieving a receipt from these guys for an insurance claim and I was met with rude and repulsive responses. Very unhelpful, they wouldnt even do the courtesy of emailing the invoice, the service is horrible seeing that I was a previous customer and spent a lot of money on their used parts. If you buy anything from these guys, be sure to keep the receipt! I would recommend going getting your part from elsewhere; the quality of their product is not up to par and their customer service is inferior!!!!
