        Great experience at BMW of Bridgeport. Stopped in to make an appointment for a diagnosis on Friday and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. Carlos and his team at the service department did an excellent job taking care of me they even provided me with a courtesy inspection which provided a detailed video of all my vehicles problems or future concerns. Keep in mind they are more expensive than most normal shops but you pay for what you get and BMW has some of the best technicians in the country. I was definitely satisfied with BMW of Bridgeport. The showroom on top of everything was beautiful and service was top notch.

        This is a great dealership and the service was terrific. It was easy to book call to speak with Elvis, they arranged for someone to drop me off at home and pick me up when my car was ready. I also Loved the video my service technician made for me explaining everything. Highly recommend this dealer for service.
