    Sadly, we had a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, thats what they actually earned. I paid over $980.00 for brakes and rotors all around I had a good feeling about this place and never used them before but the reviews were good. They did my brakes and after a week of commuting on I95 45 to 60 min one way, my car was giving my car was giving me a bumpy ride and making noise that made no sense looking under the car showed no indication of a problem. Shockingly, all 4 lug nuts fell off the tire/wheel and the fifth one that is a wheel lock was still in place My car was shaking as I drove on I95 it was frighteningly shaking and making such loud noise. I made it off an exit. My husband came to get me and when he drove it away to leave it in a safe place until we could get it to a shop the next day, the left rear tire was very obviously wobbling. He looked at it and saw the lights had all come off and the wheel lock (thank goodness) was still in place. The lock in my still had all the original lights that came in the package with it so my husband jacked up the car and put the tire back on. I drive away safe and sound. 1. My safety was breeched by Brake Centers of America. 2. I contacted them about the problem that might be email and the owner never contacted me outside of an email stating that having lug nuts come off after they do brakes does not happen at his place. The message did not show any concern by questioning if I or anyone else was ok or safe. The owner was defensive his messages were denying any responsibility and it was as though his communications were placing the fact that i did something to cause lug nuts to fall off and create an extremely dangerous situation. The owner switched things around making it seem like I did something wrong. 3. My son called the owner to reason with him that I was put at risk and I should be refunded. The owner was firm that he did not have any responsibility for what happened with the lugnuts. I felt very bad that Brake Centers of America made a mistake that caused my lugnuts to come off of my car and put me at risk for an accident on my commute. Eventually the owner begrudgingly emailed that he would credit me $200 and to bring the car in. I said ok I can come Saturday and he wrote back no there is no availability to see my car that Daturday snd I would have to make an appointment. This all just left me with the feeling that the owner was not impressed with the bullet he dodged at his brake centers negligence. All the other customers have had great experiences but I assure you, this truly happened and Brake centers of America did not take responsibility. I never once got a call from anyone there just emails that were making it seem like I was an unreasonable complainer over nothing. Human error happens and I was very lucky I did not get hurt , just very scared as I was driving without lugnuts. The question is, does this place actually understand that peoples welfare and lives are in their hands. What a very disappointing experience. I paid $985.00 and at the very least my business was not appreciated.

I am sorry for this experience. I am glad that the wheel lock held the wheel on. I offered you $200.00 for the problem. You and your son made clear you would only be happy with a $980.00 refund. I believe that is excessive because we had to pay for the parts on a brake job that will give you years of problem-free service.
