While traveling, we got a bunch of lights on the dashboard indicating problems. Dropped off the car at 8:45 in the morning, and he said he'd look at it in an hour. We called after 11, and he claimed he was just pulling it into the garage, and promised to call in an hour. He sounded busy so we didn't want to bug him, but when we didn't hear back by 3:45, we called again. He didn't have a clear idea of what was wrong beyond what the instrument panel lights had said, and claimed he had tried to call but the phone rang and rang without going to voicemail! Of course, there was nothing in our call log. I'm not sure he ever actually tried to diagnose the car. Extremely disappointing. (Next morning, we towed the car to a dealership; they called back within an hour with a complete diagnosis and projected a three-hour repair.)
