        Horrible. Hidden fees. Charged $50 for dirty vehicle with zero proof. Have written numerous times with no response. If you try and call phone number it just ends up hanging up. Think its a cheap car rental then theres $150-$200 more fees. We went to PR over summer and used Enterprise. They didnt charge anything extra. Will never use again. Zero customer service with outrageous add on fees.

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Called up to check if they had any availability to rent a passenger van for the same day and the person who answered was so unhelpful, basically laughed at me and said that's a good one as if I was joking and then continued to send me somewhere else, meanwhile they have over 10 passenger vans parked in their lot. HORRIBLE customer service.
