Food was hot and good. The same issue I have had before at a different location is I order and pay on the app. When I get to the window I am directed to pay. Stated the transaction would not go through. Moments later I get an email stating I paid. So I have to go inside and show them the email and wait for a refund. Why use the app for convenience when it is anything but.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The fries were good but quarter pounder was over cooked and very dry.. A waste of my money and time..

MENU HACK #6 The burgers tend to be cold and nasty. They should only be keeping the meat in that sauna box for 20 minutes, but you know they are cooking in large batches and the meat in the box is sometime over an hour old before it is served to you. Attempt to get fresh meat buy using the mobile ap and customizing your burger with no seasoning. (the seasoning they add is salt and pepper) (you don't need the salt you already have type 2 diabetes)
21.32% of the time they cook fresh patties for your order. all the other times they take the old dried out patties out of the sauna and give them a good shake in an attempt to remove the seasoning. when you do get fresh ones, delicious!

So this is the second time this week I ordered two sets of McGriddle patties and this is the second time I dont get 2 sets I get its its like 1.59 but still so I proceed to call and this manager was extremely rude and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence I wAsnt rude or demanding but he said I need my receipt for the set they forgot. Its literally 1.59 I have never been asked to bring my receipt like who saves a McDonalds receipt lmaoo
