        Employees here are just plain RACISTS, simple as that. I was with my 3 years old son earlier to buy earphones, there were 3 employees helping a couple of white folks, THREE people to help two, one of the employees came to ask me what I needed, barely heard me and turned his back to me again to help those poor white couple that God knows needed all the help the store can provide,left me standing there with a toddler like I wasnt worthy of their time, guess because Im not white. Never come here unless your skin is clear and you look like rich people, terrible place

        Do not go here!! My husband and I went to upgrade our phones after 3 years and they told us completely inaccurate information and our bill has been wrong ever since and will not be honored. We have been customers for 10 years and I cant wait to leave after these phones are paid off. They only care about selling accessories and upselling you to a watch too because thats where they make commission.

        The associates at this store were knowledgeable and they helped my mother and I through the process of turning on 2 lines with T-Mobile and 2 watches, they helped with making the price more affordable. Overall the experience was excellent, above average for most places that I have been.
