The lobby door should lock so homeless people arent allowed sleep in the corner or to hover over you while your depositing money

My rating is for customer service. I walked in to open a business account. 3 people were sitting around talking to each other. When I asked, one said to the other to check the calendar. They then said after 11.30 am (it is about 2hrs earlier). If you need an appointment to open the account, it should say so on your website. If this is something they can not do, they should explain that it is done by a specific person and that they are not in until that time. I waste a trip. This is after trying twice to open the account online and getting errors. I have walked into another bank and gotten helped on the spot, but Chase had a checking I was interested in.

They messed up my direct deposit two weeks in a row! I get paid fridays but wont have access to my hard earned money until monday ! Do not bank here.

Only bank in the world that doesn't have a deposit only stamp. Waste of time!

They are rude and fake and they think they own you and your money I would not recommend this bank to anyone
