I've gone here twice. First time I didn't get quite what I asked for, but It was okay so I thought maybe I'm the problem and I wasn't clear/assertive enough. It's easy to get distracted talking to the stylist about other things. So this time I made sure to periodically remind her what I wanted and got specific explaining where I want the layers to fall etc. When I told her she can go shorter with the top layers she mockingly said "like a mullet?" I just told her "yes" because she seemed to think I didn't actually want shorter pieces on top. She also told me what I want won't look good because I don't blowdry my hair. I tried to show her a pic of what I want but she said not to show her. I've had my hair styled like this before and when done correctly it looks great. Anyway the cut took FOREVER and eventually I got exhausted and just told her it was good and left. I will have to fix it myself until I can afford to try another stylist. SMH. I'm miss my old stylists that actually knew how to cut layers and not waste my time. I've had better haircuts that were free. I'm paying you to do what I ask. Not paying for a lecture and snotty attitude. Gurl Bye.
