        Absolutely horrible company as a whole they charge you ridiculous amounts of money and have no solution to any problem that occurs but will overdraft your account with the quickness with no reason for doing so

        I returned my rental on Saturday, when the location was closed. It's now Tuesday and I received an automated call that my car rental hasn't been returned. I can't get through the Hertz menu to actually speak to someone at this location to find out why they haven't closed my rental contract. They have my phone number but couldn't be bothered to call me to discuss the issue? I'm visiting family because my grandmother is very ill and may be dying. This stress is absolutely unnecessary. I'm never using Hertz again.
