Hartford County State Marshals Office Alex Rodriguez and Charles Lilley

Today while at State a building in Hartford, a nice gentleman, Joseph, doing service, gave a good recommendation for these Marshalls. He said he was too busy and was glad to recommend these guys by name. Their names easy to recall seeing Lilley is also the name of a dear relative of mine. Anyone who will give business to others, should seem very trustworthy as well as the marshalls he recommends.

Having missed a court appearance unbeknownst to me, I was notified for the phone call that I had missed a schedule of court appearance I had allegedly agreed to because someone had signed as me on some document. So I was told I had two pending bench warrants,1 for failing to appear an 1 for contempt of court. I wasn't sure at first of the two procedures the Marshall had to offer from the judge, but the Marshall walk me through the choices of procedure civil or criminal, once I chose civil he helped me with my assurity bond hosting as well as my scheduling of zoom call so that I can speak to jeff. I spoke with the judge the same day, got a clear understanding of the situation , an was able to get the situation cleared up, dismissed and had my fine amount/assurity Bond returned to me as well B4 I finished the call with judge. Great system!

Alex Rodriguez was truly amazing! Im incredibly appreciative for his immediate assistance with a very dangerous situation. He was calm, reassuring and communicative throughout the entire process which was much appreciated given it was an out of state order. Thank you serving the community and our country! Forever grateful!

If i could give ZERO stars they deserve Zero!! Unprofessional, rude and overall not worth to be in public service. I found their name and phone number on a list, being that they are hispanic like me, I figure, great!! lets try them out. I called for service, that ph call was ok and they answered my questions, i should have noticed that the dry responses were a clear indication of unprofessionalism, yet I still contracted them to do the job. When the job was done because the recipient advise me of it ( not the Marshall) I called 3 days later for a receipt, I was practically chewed off the phone for asking for one. No exaggeration!!! When I asked the person for their name, You would think i asked him for a favor another tongue lashing. Ughh!!! How are you in business? I don't know!! Sad to say I went with this company. For sure!! will never again!! Good Luck to whomever deals with you!!
