These people are the best! They truely care about their clients. Attorney's Hayber and Durkin worked tirelessly on my case for two years and we ultimately won a jury trial. Here are a few of the things that I liked when I was represented by Mr. Hayber last year in my winning settlement against a mexican restaurant that owed me a ton of money. -he is very accessible, I felt that I could call or text either him or his paralegal and receive a good update. -He is diligent, he sweats the details. - He breaks down very easily in layman's terms where the restaurant business is cheating you and why you are owed. -he talks to you like a regular guy. -lastly, he's very experienced in employment law/restaurant wage disputes. thats why I was comfortable going with him because he's done this before many times and won, and that was the case with my settlement. all in all I would go with him again if I ever had another issue with wage disputes with employers.
