Not the worst FBO I've been to, but certainly not the best, and not what I've come to expect from Atlantic. The counter staff is friendly, though understandably not especially knowledgeable about the immediate area (neighborhood gets a bit rough not too far from the airport).  There's the usual coffee and occasional snacks.  The line crew is good about fueling and pulling aircraft. However, rentals here are a total mess.  I've on multiple occasions had reservations lost, leading to not having a vehicle available and comical returns at other Hertz locations when I try to check-in a car that's never been checked out.  Returns are no better, with the staff failing to check the vehicle in, resulting in a surprising rental bill when the vehicle was properly checked in for another renter, several days later and in another state.  In the latter case, the bill was easy enough to sort out with Hertz, but that I had to so was still unacceptable. The pilot lounge is also less-than-ideal, with older furniture and an ancient, slow computer.  Getting to the room is confusing, at first, as it's located upstairs from the counter behind two unmarked doors.  Further, there's a door at the top of the stairwell, that swings into the stairwell.  Every time I went up there I was just waiting for someone to open it in my face and send me tumbling down the steps.  Accident waiting to happen...
