Bed cover barely fits the mattress, some of the staff is helpful, way to close to the train station I could barely sleep while i was working here, internet is iffy and the TV is on a firestick so when the internet is down you can't access anything that makes you forget your in Hartford Connecticut.

I needed a hotel in downtown and this one had available rooms. I liked how it was a 20 minute walk from the convention center, breakfast was included and had indoor parking ( not free of course ) Many restaurants around which was great seeing i was able to walk around. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming which I appreciated a lot seeing I was traveling alone. ( this is why I rated them 3 stars ) The only issue i had was with the room itself. Despite being on the 8th floor and it being spacious, with a great view, it' felt like it was not cleaned very well. The bed skirt and runner had stains, the coffee machine was very dusty and not clean enough for me to use and there was hair on my shower walls, I also had to remove the drain cap of the shower in the order for the water to go down and the inside of it was. It pretty.. I would recommend they spend more time cleaning the rooms and making sure they are as spotless as possible It wasn't a baddd experience but the room is the most important part seeing that's what I'm paying for
