        I filled out a basic credit app online searching for financing on my next vehicle purchase. THEY messaged ME saying they could provide financing for vehicles not on their lot which is what i was looking for because the dealer with the new car i would like to purchase does not offer financing. I thought it was odd, but I was reassured it could be done multiple times, so i made an appointment (over 1 hr 30 min drive one way) Turns out they dont even know what services they offer, and my whole day was wasted! Thanks Mitsubishi of Hartford!!

        I got a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander in January of 2024. It was a brand new car, never been driven. Yesterday I found out I owe $52,000 to pay off, but the car is only worth $34,000. It went down almost $20,000 in value in 3 months (and Ive only driven it 4,000 miles). When I went there I was in the EXACT same situation with the car I traded in to get this one. They knew the whole situation and how upset I was and then they did the exact same thing to me except this time my car payment is $1,000 instead of $450. Another issue I have with them is I texted my sales rep a question and he completely ignored me. At first I thought maybe hes not there anymore but when I called on Monday he answered. The last issue is they dont update anything nor do they care if anything is correct online. On saturday I called during the hours it said they were open until and no one picked up ALL DAY. Then when I did get a hold of someone (two days after) his response was Oh thats weird. Its so unprofessional and Ive definitely lost all the respect I had for them.
